About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on bulk hiring and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment expertise, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do;

Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently.

Utilize different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current/ future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Measure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality etc to optimize the hiring process.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance our employer branding efforts.

Represent APIMatic at career fairs, tech meetups, and other industry events.
What's Expected of you?

3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.

Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other sourcing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, CIPD, or similar).
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
