Role Overview
We are looking for a self motivated HR Intern to assist in the smooth running of our HR functions. In this role, you will support key areas such as employer branding, recruitment operations, and COE (Center of Excellence) activities, along with other general HR operations tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding Support
- Assist in scheduling social media posts and maintain calender
- Track engagement metrics for employer branding posts and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate and follow up with the design team to compile the visuals as per brief
- Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of internal/external employer branding events
Center of Excellence (COE) Support
- Assist with various COE initiatives, such as employee engagement, learning & development, and other on going HR initiatives
- Research best practices for improving talent management and employee development.
General People Operations & Recruitment Support
- Assist in managing various operational aspects of People Ops, including data management and process documentation
- Help track and report key People Ops metrics to assess the efficiency of different initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment operations and coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bonus: Familiarity with social media tools, candidate sourcing
Duration
This is a 3-month PAID internship, which may lead to a longer-term engagement based on performance.
